📦 Shipping and Payment Terms (Shopify)

Shipment

  • We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €70.

  • Depending on the order, shipping will be handled either by
    – Maxi letter (Deutsche Post, registered mail with delivery confirmation) or
    – DHL Parcel.

  • Delivery time: approx. 2–4 working days after receipt of payment.

  • The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment options
You can choose from the following payment methods with us:

  • PayPal (instant payment)

  • Prepayment (bank transfer after receipt of invoice)

  • Klarna invoice

  • Klarna Instant Bank Transfer

  • Klarna Direct Debit

Note regarding Klarna:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the Klarna payment options mentioned above. Payment is made directly to Klarna.

  • Purchase on account: Payment due within 14 days of shipment of goods.

  • Immediate: Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.

  • Direct debit: Payment will be taken after the goods have been shipped (the exact time will be communicated via email).
